Welcome to the J. Srinivasan's personal website. Known as JS to his friends, Jayaraman Srinivasan is a Mechanical Engineer + MBA form IIMA. With 36 years of experience in Indian industry, J. Srinivasan loves holiday travel and golf.
Who I am is a visionary entrepreneur. I build companies of the future, pioneering businesses in domains that go on to become economy bellwethers.
I set up, expand and organise them. Then, hand it over to people who have already been identified and trained to take over. I am a business domain expert and a result oriented manager who builds teams, motivates them to exceed themselves, generating leaders from the team.
In all, I bring 36 years of management experience including 30 as an entrepreneur to the enterprise.
