#2 Knowledge base of the community

All our members have plenty of experience in dealing with our day to day needs, as must an RWA put these together.

    2. Garbage clearance
    3. Power failure
    4. Road digging or debris clearance
    5. Robberies
    6. Parking of vehicles
    7. Water supply
    8. etc.
  2. Where can we find a good clinic or GP?
    1. Medical Tests
    2. Home visits
    3. Specialties
    4. Feedback from residents
  3. What are the current salaries of various kinds of services and facilities?
    1. Maids
    2. Drivers
    3. Watchmen
    4. Dog trainers
    5. Ambulances
    6. etc.
  4. How do we find a reliable tenant?
    1. Reliable brokers & the current commissions
    2. Feedback from residents

Shouldn’t the RWA try and empanel various services with verification & ratings? Or expected salaries? There’s lots and lots of things that an *active* RWA can do for residents, including crowd-sourcing information from residents themselves!
