All our members have plenty of experience in dealing with our day to day needs, as must an RWA put these together.

- Stray dogs
- Garbage clearance
- Power failure
- Road digging or debris clearance
- Robberies
- Parking of vehicles
- Water supply
- etc.
- Where can we find a good clinic or GP?
- Medical Tests
- Home visits
- Specialties
- Feedback from residents
- What are the current salaries of various kinds of services and facilities?
- Maids
- Drivers
- Watchmen
- Dog trainers
- Ambulances
- etc.
- How do we find a reliable tenant?
- Reliable brokers & the current commissions

Shouldn’t the RWA try and empanel various services with verification & ratings? Or expected salaries? There’s lots and lots of things that an *active* RWA can do for residents, including crowd-sourcing information from residents themselves!
