Justdial is used by us frequently and and has good brand recognition. It’s network has covered most cities. Yet the market has not given it any support!
This is a classic case where the “new” economy has failed to excite the stock markets. Justdial was an early entrant. It has honed it’s services. It listed with big time expectations. Why then has the market rejected it?
There can be many reasons. But one thing is clear. Justdial management has failed to reward shareholders that bought it’s IPO. Overpriced? Maybe. Have the management cashed out?
Services like Justdial and a few others are going to be the future. The market’ll take care of mergers & acquisitions to consolidate and strengthen this important service.
To me, Justdial represents a multi bagger opportunity. Time horizon: 5 years. The double bottom it has made indicates a good opportunity to BUY.
