The media kings – Rajdeep, Butt and Kanwal – all are advocating that sending back Pakistani players does not serve the purpose of making a point with Pakistan about terrorism and unlawful warfare. I say these are the real war mongers. Here is why.
The lexicon of world affairs is in linkages. This is a fundamental fact.
Aid is offered with strings on labour laws. Arms are offered with linkages in positions on contentious issues such as voting in the UN, or on Iran Boycott, N Korean trade, etc.
If the so called peaceniks are to have the their way, the India must not take any action in any other fora – like sports, arts (read $$$ Bollywood), travel, visas, fishing territory, etc.. – then what will fit their bill is WAR. Since the only thing that can be done on the LOC where these atrocities were perpetuated is fighting a war.
Those who have these simplistic solutions on TV are stupid, anti-national and self-“seeking 15 mins of fame”.
These “poor” women in the Paki cricket team voted for this government. The same goes for the 9 Paki hockey players. And so on. They come here to India b’cause they can not earn in their own country where no one with any sense will go, let alone international sports or arts stars. The money that they earn while funding their army which is the epicentre of the epicentre of crime, terrorism must be stopped.
The pakistan people can no longer be let off the hook for the responsibility of perpetuating a terrorist government & army. They must rise to overthrow this legacy or face isolation and learn it the hard war like South Africa did.
And a stupid anchor saying “it is a bad comparison” [SA Vs Pak] hasn’t learnt that movements start exactly like this. After the rest of the world follows suit, this same stupid anchor will heap praise on the movement! So much for our stupid Indian TV anchors.
The ban on any and all Pakistanis from entering India for any reason at all must follow as the next “graduated” step in pressuring our filthy neighbour.
