A3. If there is ONE quota that is sorely needed to balance things, it is a quota for women! Lets remember these women are from our own sections of society that is to be developed and governed, unlike other quotas that were made for political vote bank purposes!

Besides there are MANY women who are available for civic work provided they are given the opportunity. I dare say a few have even proven their ability on the ground.”
