I wouldn’t bother wasting my time to join what is essentially an integrating site like www.SocialPulse.com ~ Why? Here are my reasons:
- A tool like Tweetdeck integrates all the social “specialist” networks far easier and efficiently. It’s worth spending time learning it’s capabilities than to try yet another integrator masquerading like a social network
- Specialist social networks will draw like minded posts and subject focus. Like LinkedIn posts are totally different from those on FB which is different from twitter – because the audience is DIFFERENT. Thus a do-all network is a misfit for ANY need.
- As an Individual, you, like me, must go to where the crowd is rather than waste time trying to bring the crowd to us. This is a deal-breaker for me and should be for you too!
- Features on the specialist networks are constantly being upgraded as also with desktop / mobile tools which make re-learning a mugs game.
- Posting all your messages from FB, LI, Tw, etc on one site is a total waste of time since the audiences are wholly different – and tools like Tweetdeck post anyway on any or all your social networks!
