Many of you on twitter or FB weren’t even born or were in your knickers and too young to know. But when Indira Gandhi swept aside the “Old Guard” in the congress party, she went with great fervor to proclaim an emergency, on June 26th, 1975 and began the ultimate subversion of the rights of the famed Aam Admi.
