CNN doesnt remember that George W Bush sent troops in saying there were Weapons of Mass Destruction and Saddam Hussein was going to attack the US. We all know they found no WMDs. But that was only a cover for the real objective: Lucarative Arms & Oil Contracts & ‘security’ – of the US.
So the CNN QOD “What does the US have to show for losing men and material in Iraq is ludicrous – they were “spent” to secure US’s energy security and sell Arms (66% of arms sales world wide in 2008 was by US). Stop expectinf any “thanks” for looting.
